What can we say about her, ever since she started showing her talent, it's just PURE AMAZEMENT. She has her signature in every pieces. It's always a feeling of bewilderment, questioning where she ever gets those inspirations. No stone was left unturned... the shoes... the clutch... they all but pieces of puzzle that once completed... a masterpiece is created!
She's the epitome of EVOLUTION!... I can't wait for the next chapter!
GEORGES HOBEIKA Couture Fall 2012:
I've always been confused with the two Lebanese GEORGES, CHAKRA and HOBEIKA... not only with their identities/names but who COPIES WHO (other designers that is)... luckily they DON'T COPY EACH OTHER! That would be dizzying than an "octopus" ride!
Immitate what SELLS!.... execution-wise , EXCELLENT!

There's no denying, THE VEILS are the
STARS of the show. But make no mistake, Giorgio proved that he's still
the King of Masterful Tailoring. 80's revisited-looks were complemented
with intricately embroidered/crystallized,
short, less conservative soft TULLE veils as if signalling the approach
of the Islamic Ramadan. The signature paired-models on the runway
remains, so as the perfectly fitted "mourning" colored but vibrantly

It's been a while that their doing this front/back pix style!...... Photoshoot IDEAS,,, anyone explain???......... why not RUNWAY.... again?!........ walking mannequins on the runway looks good in Haute Couture as well, I hope they remember!... this is becoming a BORE.
Nevertheless, the number of pieces are also kept at a reasonably "less number" (as compared to the rest), which makes us appreciate the intricacies of each ensemble's craftsmanship and individuality.

'DESPERATION'!... Now that they've been showing their collections side by side these great minds in fashion, would it be taking too much from them if for "ethical" reasons they come up with something they can call THEIR OWN!

That's always expected of the Lebanese designers,,, that will come up with their versions, (sometimes NOT INTERPRETATIONS but COPIES) of their counterparts' creations in Paris or Milan...well EXECUTED nevertheless!
